WHAT IS THE ETERNAL FATE OF ALL MUSLIMS AFTER DEATH?

MUHAMMAD DOES NOT KNOW WHERE HE WILL GO AFTER HIS DEATH

In Surah 46:9, we read: Say, “I am not an innovation among the messengers; nor do I know what will be done with me, nor with you. I only follow what is revealed to me; and I am only a clear warner.” So this verse says “I am not an innovation among the messengers,” but the Bible teaches us that there were also false messengers. Then, I do not know what will be done to me or to you. If Muhammad does not know what God will do to him or to those who follow him, does he have the assurance of his own salvation? It is up to you to judge. The rest of the verse says “I only follow what is revealed to me; and I am only a clear warner.” If what was revealed to him does not guarantee him paradise, did God reveal it to him? Is there uncertainty in God? Can God say both yes and no about the salvation of his prophet?

  • In another verse of the Quran, Surah 72v21, we read: Say: “I have no means to harm you, nor to put you on the straight path.” This verse says: Muhammad has no means to put on the straight path. If Muhammad has no means to put on the straight path, then is Islam the straight path? Because it is obvious to all that the religion that Muhammad presented to men is Islam. But that is not all. In Surah 3v128, we read: “You, Muhammad, have no part in the divine order that Allah accepts their repentance (by embracing Islam) or that he punishes them, for they are indeed wrongdoers.” This verse says: Muhammad has no part in the divine order. If Muhammad has no part in the divine order, how can we believe that his religion is an order that comes from God? This is what the Quran says about Muhammad’s salvation.
  • When we consult the Sunnah of Muhammad in the most authentic book after the Quran, Sahih al-Bukhari Volume 5, Hadith No. 7003, Muhammad himself confirms that he does not know his fate in the afterlife. Here is what we read in this hadith: “Umm al-Ala, an Ansarite woman who pledged allegiance to the Prophet, said to Kharija ibn Zayd: The Mujajirun, that is, the Muslim fighters, were distributed among the Ansar households by drawing lots. Uthman ibn Madhun was among our lot and was sheltered with us. He fell ill and died. His remains were washed and buried in one of his garments.” When the Prophet entered, I said to the deceased: May God have mercy on you, Abu as-Sa’ib, I bear witness that Allah has received you well! What do you know if Allah has received him well or not, said the Prophet? Messenger of Allah! May my parents be your ransom! Who can benefit from the bounty of Allah except the righteous deceased? I said. The Prophet said: As for him, he has now learned the truth of the Hereafter! Indeed, I hope for him only good! By Allah, even though I am the Messenger of Allah, I do not know what will become of me in the Hereafter! Then Umm al-Ala said: “By Allah, I will never again praise anyone after what I have heard.” So one of his most zealous companions in Islam died. He is so zealous that this woman named Umm is certain that he has gone to paradise and says, “I bear witness that Allah has received you well.” But Muhammad corrects the woman on her statement and says, “How do you know that Allah has received him well?” And the woman says to him, “Who else can go to paradise except the righteous deceased?” What was Muhammad’s response? He says, “I hope the best for him, but I, the Prophet of Allah, do not know what will happen to me in the hereafter.” So Muhammad was so clear, he says, “I do not know what will happen to me in the hereafter.” But Abdul Majid says, “No, he is the savior of humanity.” Abdul Majid is a doctor in this field, so he cannot say that he has never read this authentic hadith in Sahih Bukhari. And if he read it, why doesn’t he mention it in his lectures?

ALLAH SAID THAT ALL MUSLIMS WILL GO TO HELL

Now let’s see what the Quran says about the salvation of those who follow Muhammad. In Surah 19, verses 71 to 72, we read: “There is no one among you who will not pass through Hell: for in it is a sentence with your Lord that will not be reversed. Then We will deliver those who were righteous, and We will leave the wrongdoers kneeling there.” This verse clearly states that anyone who dies as a Muslim goes directly to Hell. Then, Allah will remove the righteous Muslims from the Fire and leave the wrongdoers kneeling there. We must ask ourselves this question: how long will a Muslim have to spend in the Fire before Allah’s final decision? The Quran tells us: it is until the Day of Resurrection. When you look at Surah 3:185, the Quran says: “Every soul will taste death.” But only on the Day of Resurrection will you receive your full reward. So whoever is removed from the Fire and brought into Paradise has indeed succeeded. And the life of this world is nothing but a deceptive enjoyment.”

There are a few points to consider:

1. This verse says: Every soul will taste death; and the death of the soul is Hell.

2. But only on the Day of Resurrection will you receive your full reward, meaning you will remain in the Fire until the Day of Resurrection before knowing your final fate.

3. Then the verse says: “So whoever is removed from the Fire and brought into Paradise has indeed succeeded.” This means that you may be among those removed from the Fire, or you may also find yourself among those left kneeling there. But immediately after your death, your first destination is the Fire according to the Quran.

This is well known to Muhammad’s companions. For example, when we consult Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir of Surah 19, verses 71 to 72, we see the state of mind of two of Muhammad’s companions, which proves that they knew that their first destination after death was Hell, regardless of their zeal in Islam.

  • Starting on page 193 of the tafsir, we read: Qais bin Abi Hazem relates, “Placing his head in his wife’s lap, Abdullah bin Abi Rawaha wept, and his wife did the same. He asked her why are you weeping? She replied, “I saw you weeping, and I wept too.” He replied, “I weep because I remember the sayings of Allah; they will all be cast down without exception.” I don’t know whether I will be saved or not.” Abdullah bin Abi Rawaha is one of Muhammad’s companions who was with him when the Surah was revealed to him. He therefore heard the interpretation that Muhammad himself gave to the Surah. His understanding is so clear that he cried in front of his woman. He said that he is crying because he remembers that Allah has said that they will all go to hell and that he does not know if he will be saved. Abdullah Ben Rawaha is Arab, born an Arab, the Quranic revelation is in his mother tongue; he was closely associated with Muhammad and heard the surah and its interpretation directly from his mouth. Yet he is crying because he is certain that after his death he will go to hell. But he is not the only one to understand that his primary destination after his death is hell. Still in the Tafsir of ibn Kathir we read: Abu Ishaq reports: “When Abu Maysara wanted to lie down, he often said: ‘That my mother had not given birth to me’ and he would cry. He was asked why are you crying, O Abu Maysara? He replied: ‘This verse announces to us that we will all be cast into hell; But he does not tell us that we will be saved from it.” Muhammad was so clear on this verse that Abu Maysara even regrets having existed. Those who speak this way show that if there were a path that guaranteed them paradise, they would not hesitate to embrace it. Then ask yourself this question: If those who were Muhammad’s direct companions and who received the Quran in their mother tongue wept and even regretted their existence because this verse announces to them that they will all go to hell despite their zeal for Islam. How can you be seduced by the flattering speeches of today’s leaders who do not come from the same language as Muhammad. And who have never been in contact with him?

It is appointed unto men once to die, and the time has come for you to verify the information for yourself in the scriptures. One of the proofs that those you trust are not telling you the truth about your salvation is that they teach you to do good deeds to escape Hell, and when we consulted Sahih Bukhari volume 4 Hadith n°6467, here is what Muhammad said about this: “Abu Hurayrah narrated: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No one will be saved from Hell by his good deeds. Not even you, O Messenger of Allah? He was asked? Not even me, he replied, unless Allah grants me mercy. But you must still follow the straight path.” This same hadith was reported in the second authentic book: Sahih Muslim / Book of Aspects of the Day of Resurrection, Paradise and Hell / hadith n°5036. So when we consulted the two authentic books (Bukhari and Muslim), it was reported that Muhammad himself said: No one will be saved from the fire of hell by his good deeds, but those you trust tell you that you must do good deeds to go to paradise. Isn’t it time you check things out for yourself?

  • In another hadith, reported by Bukhari and Muslim, Muhammad states that he cannot save anyone from the fire. When you look at Sahih Bukhari/ Volume 2 / Hadith No. 2753, you can also look at Sahih Muslim / Book of Faith / Hadith No. 303, you will see that it is written: Abu Hurayrah narrates: “When it was revealed, “And warn those closest to you,” the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called the Qaraishites to gather. Going from the general to the particular, he addressed them in these terms: O Banu Ka’b ibn Lu’ay, save yourselves from the Fire, O Banu Murra ibn Ka’b, save yourselves from the Fire, O Banu Abd Sham, save yourselves from the Fire, O Banu Abd Manaf, save yourselves from the Fire, O Banu Hachim, save yourselves from the Fire, O Banu Abd al Mutalib, save yourselves from the Fire, O Fatima daughter of Muhammad, ask me anything from my wealth, but I cannot save you from the punishment of Allah.’

So Muhammad was so clear, he said: I cannot save anyone from the Fire even my close relatives. He said to his own daughter: Ask me anything about my wealth, but don’t ask me to save you from the fire. But in his lectures, Abdul Majid says no, it is Muhammad who is the savior of humanity. If Muhammad himself acknowledges that he cannot save anyone from the fire, even his own daughter, how can he be the savior of all humanity? Can Abdul Majid say he has never read these texts? He has read them all. The truth is, he knows that you won’t read to that level. He also knows that by reading the verses in Arabic, you have no way of verifying what he says.
