Eternal Security
Jesus made a powerful promise: everyone who hears His voice and follows Him will receive eternal life.
These are His own words:
“But you do not believe it because you are not of My sheep. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; Neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.”John 10:26–28
This means that those who truly belong to Jesus recognize His voice. They follow Him. They are safe in His care, and nothing can take them away from Him—not sin, not Satan, not death.
God will no longer judge those who are in Jesus" (Romans 8:1)—their punishment was borne by Christ.No Condemnation
The Nature of True Faith
Beyond Words
Merely calling Jesus “Lord” is worthless without obedience (John 8:31).

If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;”
Lordship
True followers “continue in [Christ’s] word” and live as He lived. Pretenders are “liars” unknown to Jesus.

How to Respond
Repent
“Throw away” all reliance on self, idols, or good deeds.
If you want to follow Jesus, you must know that nothing can be added to Jesus. Jesus has the power to keep you from all evil and nothing can happen to you. Jesus has the power to keep you and your whole family and nothing can happen to you. Now throw away everything you carry and rely on Him for your life. None of these things have the power to give you life. Jesus and them do not go along. If you finish throwing them away, get on your knees in your room or wherever you are where you can kneel and pray,
Almighty God, you who created everything and who created me; before I was in ignorance but now my eyes have opened because of your word. I know I am a great sinner. But I believe from today that your son Jesus died on my behalf, to save me from my sins. Jesus, Son of the living God, here I am. I open the door of my heart to you. Come into my heart and be the leader of my life from now until I die. I have decided to follow you. Count me among your disciples from now on. Thank you for forgiving me of my sins. Thank you for accepting me.Pray
